An Extraordinary Evening Gala Dinner

In collaboration with Extra•Ordinary People, a group of ordinary individuals who go above and beyond to support children and individuals with special needs in Singapore, we designed the inaugural gala dinner, “An Extra•Ordinary Evening – Flavours & Origins.”

The experiential fundraising dinner featured the generosity of five CEOs and ambassadors, who shared their culinary creations and personal anecdotes related to their favourite dishes, which were incorporated into the evening’s menu. Additionally, an auction of children’s artworks and donated items was held.

We meticulously crafted the key visual elements, event programme, photo booth, digital screen, and electronic direct mailer (EDM) components. We are delighted to have contributed to the event’s success, surpassing the targeted fundraising amount, which will be allocated to the charity’s commendable work.
