Biotope

Biotope Aquatic is a specialist team of aquascapers and producers of aquarium products such as their in-house Scapers Soil and Scapers Base.

A bold sans serif typeface was selected to propose strength in their expertise that lends a modern presence to the brand. As a biotope is an aquatic habitat associated with a particular ecological community, we took the recognisable motif of a freshwater river to incorporate into the logo design. With the incorporation of the motif in the letter b of the word mark, the b can stand alone as a recognisable logo.
