Micron Global Wellbeing Campaign
Good personal wellbeing leads to better work performance and job satisfaction. At Micron, a global wellbeing programme was launched to remind its employees to practise mindfulness, know that they’re advocates to assist and support, and lead a life of self-love. With the integration of apps such as RethinkCare and Virgin Pulse, employees have actionable avenues to improve maintain their physical and mental health.
