A series of pull-up banners and a brochure were designed to promote career opportunities to both fresh graduates and experienced individuals at Micron Malaysia.

The banner series reflects Micron’s inclusive hiring practice, welcoming individuals from all backgrounds. The varied design and succinct copy engage and are easily understood. Authenticity is emphasised through photographs of actual Micron Malaysia’s team members and youths in their professional settings. While brand icons highlight key information, and QR codes allow one to learn more and connect with professionals at Micron.

The brochure targets recent graduates from diverse academic disciplines. A photograph of Micron employees together with a catchy headline was used to capture attention. The back presents a brief introduction of the company with icons representing employee benefits, making the information visually digestible. For easy access, QR codes link directly to Micron’s career portal and application guide, and also invite students to support Micron’s industry award recognitions.
