Micron Mental Wellness Campaign

To acknowledge Mental Health Month at Micron, a series of pull-up-up banners and stickers were designed to promote employee wellbeing.

One banner displays a curated selection of wellness applications that employees can leverage to effectively manage stress. These applications span a diverse range, encompassing physical activity apps to platforms that provide online therapy services. Conversely, the second banner underscores Micron’s unwavering commitment to supporting mental wellbeing by actively encouraging employees to seek professional assistance.

The sticker design incorporates an on-brand ear icon against a serene blue-purple gradient backdrop, symbolising the mindful and supportive nature of the initiative. These stickers are strategically placed on restroom doors and in shared areas, where employees are reminded that support is readily available.
