Singapore Writers Festival

The Singapore Writers Festival is one of Asia’s premier literary events, that serves to promote new and emerging Singaporean and Asian writing to an international audience, as well as presenting the world’s major literary talents to Singaporeans.

We created an integrated branding campaign for the Singapore Writers Festival that involved the design of the event logo, corporate stationery, print collaterals such as posters, flyers, invites, and programme book, outdoor and press advertisements, digital development of their website and email marketing, and promotional items such as a t-shirt and tote bag.

The logo was a distillation of the essence of writing by introducing a handwritten scrawl that is written through the letter i’s of the event name. Elements of writing and paper were formed into the various outputs, which resulted in an overall brand image that was at once quirky yet pertinent.
