The Hiring Challenge

Millions of people rely on domestic workers to help care for us and our homes. Finding a good employment agency is fraught with problems – unlicensed businesses, illegal fees, hidden costs, and poor service.

To help you identify a professional agency that can find the right person to help look after your home and family, we collaborated with Rights Exposure to design and develop The Hiring Challenge for the International Labour Organisation (ILO).

The immersive website with 360° video and photography of Hong Kong takes you through a series of queries and grades you to see how you fare.

The only tripartite U.N. agency, since 1919 the ILO brings together governments, employers and workers of 187 member States, to set labour standards, develop policies and devise programmes promoting decent work for all women and men.
