Mad About You

During the 1st seasonal quarter at the Cathay Cineleisure Orchard (CCO) mall, one of the planned activities was a Valentine’s Day stage game challenge which we developed a creative concept for.

Typographically-driven, we developed an illustrated headline of “Mad About You”, with bevelled sides that are filled with iconography depicting love and the mall’s products and service offerings.

“Mad About You” sounds brazen, exciting and youthful – everything that the young crowd of CCO should be, and it also comes across as a statement of desire about the products of CCO.

When the concept is adapted, the iconographic pattern is extracted from the bevels to form background patterns and borders for content.A cursive and jolly font was used to portray casualness and joviality, which paired well with the colourful and quirky graphics.
